Theodore Roosevelt Partnership hires Jackson

The Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership has hired Tony Jackson, former director of external affairs for the Agriculture Department’s Farm Service Agency, as director of communications.
Jackson will oversee the TRCP’s communications efforts, including advocacy messages, social media and online engagement, brand awareness and strategic planning for all of the organization’s communications channels, TRCP said in a news release.
Jackson holds a a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in journalism from Penn State University and a law degree from Boston College Law School.
At FSA, Jackson was in charge of media relations and congressional relations. He also served as counsel and assistant counsel for the House Agriculture Committee.
