Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Gary Gensler will be the lead witness when the House Agriculture Committee holds a hearing Thursday on implementation of Title VII of the Dodd-Frank bill, House Agriculture Committee Chairman Frank Lucas, R-Okla., said in an advisory today.

Edward Gallagher of Dairy Risk Management Services and Dairylea Cooperative will testify on behalf of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. Futures industry executives will also testify.
