Center for Food Safety sues FDA, OMB over regs

The Center for Food Safety and the Center for Environmental Health filed suit in federal court in San Francisco Wednesday against the Food and Drug Administration and the Office of Management and Budget for their failure to implement several food safety regulations, as required by the 2011 Food Safety and Modernization Act.
