The Senate will go back to work on the farm bill Tuesday morning, following a one-hour morning business session beginning at 10 a.m.
Before the Senate adjourned shortly before 7 p.m., Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., asked that farm bill work continue Tuesday, recessing from 12:30 to 2:15 p.m. for the weekly caucus meetings.
There was no immediate word on what amendments might be brought up in Tuesday's session.
