House Agriculture Committee ranking member Collin Peterson, D-Minn., today announced that the Democratic Caucus has appointed Rep. Joe Courtney, D-Conn., to serve on the House Agriculture Committee for the 113th Congress.
Courtney, who has played a role in the debate, is the 20th Democrat to be named to the committee, which still has one Democratic vacancy.
