Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will lead a delegation to attend the opening ceremony of the 20th Special Olympics World Winter Games in PyeongChang, Korea, on Tuesday, President Barack Obama announced today.

Other members of the delegation are:

• The Honorable Sung Kim, U.S. ambassador to the Republic of Korea.
• The Honorable Judith Heumann, special adviser for international disability rights, State Department.
• Julie Petty, member of the President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities.
