Roberts hires press secretary

Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., has hired Sean Fitzpatrick as press secretary.
Fitzpatrick, a graduate of the University of Southern California, was the Michigan communications director for the Mitt Romney campaign for president. Before that Fitzpatrick was the press secretary for Rep. Lynn Jenkins, R-Kan.
He replaces Andrea Candrian, who left Roberts’ office late last year. Sarah Little remains Roberts’ communications director.
