Farm Bureau releases farm bill proposal

The American Farm Bureau Federation today released a farm bill proposal that its board approved over the weekend.
The proposal calls on Congress to offer farmers options in policy including a Stacked Income Protection Plan (STAX) program for all commodities and some specialty crops.
