The House Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee will hold a hearing on the fiscal year 2014 USDA budget request on Tuesday.

Witnesses will be Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, USDA Chief Economist Joseph Glauber and USDA Budget Officer Michael Young.
