House begins farm bill debate; amendments Wednesday

The House has begun the general farm bill debate. The debate will stop at 5:45 p.m. for a final series of votes, a knowledgeable House source told The Hagstrom Report.
The House is not expected to return to the farm bill after the 5:45 p.m. votes.
Debate on amendments will begin Wednesday morning, the source added.
