Vilsack to visit three Brazilian cities

An Agriculture Department spokeswoman has confirmed that Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will visit three Brazilian cities next week.
Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., said Thursday she would accompany Vilsack.
“Secretary Vilsack will lead a delegation to São Paulo, Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro to meet with Brazilian agricultural leaders on issues important to the continued advancement of American agriculture in the global economy,” the spokeswoman said.
