National Journal: Norquist endorses marijuana taxation

Grover Norquist of Americans for Tax Reform has said that taxing marijuana will not violate politicians' pledges not to raise taxes, National Journal reported Thursday.
“That’s not a tax increase. It’s legalizing an activity and having the traditional tax applied to it,” Norquist said.
