The Russell Group, an agricultural consulting and lobbying firm, has formed a partnership with the DC Policy Group, which has expertise in global securities and derivatives, Randy Russell, the head of the group announced today.

The Russell Group and DC Policy Group, which is headed by Julie Bauer, will be located together at the Russell Group’s Arlington offices starting Friday, Russell said.
