The Environmental Protection Agency has scheduled a public hearing Thursday on its proposal to lower the volumetric requirements for renewable fuels under the Renewable Fuel Standard.

The hearing will begin at 9 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency at 2799 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington.

All parties present who wish to speak will have an opportunity to do so, an EPA spokesman said in an email.
