Cornell University’s Program on Dairy Markets and Policy has released a publication and a podcast that explain the dairy program in the new farm bill.

The analysis was written by Mark Stephenson, a professor at the University of Wisconsin. The podcast is a conversation among Stephenson, Andy Novakovic of Cornell and John Newton of the University of Illinois.
