Jessica Johnson Bennett
The National Corn Growers Association has hired Jessica Johnson Bennett as director of market development.

Bennett will be responsible for the development and management of market development programs with an emphasis on expanding domestic ethanol markets for corn. She will also serve as the lead staff member for the Ethanol Committee.

Bennett was NCGA's director of public policy from 2009 to 2011.

She most recently worked for Bunge North America in its oilseed processing, oils and biofuels business units. Previously, she held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and the American Farm Bureau Federation.

In addition, she served in the offices of two members of Congress representing Arkansas, NCGA said in a news release.

Bennett is a graduate of Arkansas State University.
